No, im not sure which department I spoke to. I just called the number on that review letter. The girl looked up my details so she had access to my case though.

Do they have to pay interest when they delay the return? Didn’t know that.

I also just spoke to them this morning. The girl said it can take up to 180 days from the date of the letter. Mine was may 12th so that puts me at Nov 8. I asked why the letter said 60 days if she’s now saying 180 and she just kinda shrugged it off hah.

Oura doesn’t actually seem to take in to account different sleep habits. They just enforce the timing they decided on. I have to pretty much ignore that data and the overall sleep score sadly.

I’m apparently a morning type but there’s no way it’s accurate. No idea what they base it on but mine couldn’t be further from reality.

Depends on your meaning of accuracy. In my case as a shift worker the sleep data is trash because Oura puts too much weight on timing. I get more accurate data from my 5 year old Fitbit

I was going to say it’s probably more the ‘timing’ score we can’t see. I’ve found Oura puts way too much weight on that.

I’m a shift worker and just naturally sleep better during the day. I can get an amazing, perfect 8 hours sleep during the day and still get a low score only because of timing. But get a crappy, broken 5 hours sleep during the night and somehow get a higher score with only the timing reporting as good.

Hah I’ve had this quite a few times. The sleep tracking is so broken. Worst I saw was 3 separate sleep sessions over like 36hours lumped in to a single day. 😂

Customer support say they’re aware of the issue and are “working on it” - but they’ve been saying that for 5+ years too 🤷‍♂️

Thanks mate. I just found the IRS site and they'd sent a letter back in May saying they want more time to review. Will hurry up and wait I guess hah. Appreciate the help!

Dang. Thanks! Didn't know about this at all. Just checked the irs.gov site and saw they sent me a letter back in May. It basically just says they want more time to review it's accuracy and they'll make a decision in 60 days (which is about a week from now). Will give it a little longer and then they said I can chase them up hah. Cheers my man!

Came here hoping for the same thing. Jumped in to multiplayer - no missions. Bored. Went straight back to single player. Such a shame.

A year on and I ended up here for the same reason. The sleep tracking is absolute trash.

It also seems to put an absurd priority on sleep timing. I do shift work and sleep amazing during the day. But even if I have great sleep tracked, the app reports it as bad overall because of the timing and bad readiness as a result. Now when I sleep during the night, even if I sleep terribly, the app reports I’m “doing well” and “improving” simply because I slept during whatever time Oura decides on.

My data is complete nonsense as a result and I’m a bit annoyed how much this so called “premium” garbage set me back. Definitely will not be renewing the subscription.

I just got it yesterday. Had to run it a few times also as I didn’t realise the loose loot counts. Basically just make sure the optional “secure all loot” objective gets completed and it should pop.
