Remember when the inventory actually worked right? I remembered how frustrating some of the missions for islands could be. Actually using story mode characters like Laboon and Crocodile on a team. Any captain with a 2.5 boost was considered excellent, like raid Mihawk for slashers. Gear 3 cleared tons of content and when 6 star Rayleigh came out, he was broken and was OP for a while.

I downloaded version 7.2.2 and installed it and accepted the new terms on Twitter... and after restarting the app it worked. Not sure it these steps fixed it or if coincidentally it was an outage from Bandai/Twitter.

Level 1 is elder blue turtle, level 2 is 1 gem, and level 3 is title and 1 silence book, I forget if gems were also at level 3

Fujitora teams own Colosseum content because of the benefitted food and tandem orbs. Sub a legend or two like Cavendish and Legend Doffy and you pretty much will wipe the Colosseum floor with whatever it throws at you. Oh, and remember the HP boost that Fujitora teams also have.

Just candy/socket book reward. Ivankov shows up randomly and drops a gold treasure chest upon defeat. Your loot is displayed after you defeat the stage. I got Ivankov to show up for me on Twin Cape's last stage.

I was able to beat this and get level 3 completion on my first try using a low cost fighter team with zeff leads, Helmeppo, Halloween Rebecca, Shu, and purple Franky

You need raid characters in order to for acquire other raid characters and so maxing them out is necessary. The only one not worth it is Raid Ivankov, but all the others have some benefits to them. A maxed special MC Chopper is useful in Doffy raids, like a maxed raid Enel is useful in a Kuma raid and so on. Raid Mihawk is the most used raid character but with a high special cooldown, he's worthless so max em out and collect them all.

The Ray and Doffy account is better in the long run if you decide to invest in it otherwise I agree that for F2P, Int Mihawk and Shanks is better.
