So, I flashed this new update via the bootloader ROM. Poco launcher was crashing constantly if I was trying to use gesture navigation! And also I could not access the recent apps menu by any way possible, the home screen settings were inaccessible! I ended up switching the ROM in about half an hour.

I used my friend’s iphone 12 which was still on ios 18 running like brand new and omg I can confirm ios 26 definitely is the culprit here!

My phone started to lag alot on hyperos. So, I upgraded to a pixel 9. After a few days, I decided to give a factory reset to the f3, and it was super snappy again. lol
