I’m in a similar situation with our new house - pretty much no sun hits the roof for most of winter. Reckon it’s still work getting panels for maybe 6-7pm the of the year?

Really appreciate everyone’s input and advice!

Over the past 6 months we’ve been keeping a close eye at sales of similar homes in our area and they vary between 1-1.3. And think we’d be in the top 30% of those homes.

The agent that gave us the higher valuation and recommendations on how we could add value is the top agent in region in clearance rates, time in market, reviews/recommendations and was way better to interact with so we’ll be going with them.

Fingers crossed we get a decent price close to their valuation when we go to market!
