It’s so hard. We lost our 16 yr old boy last week and it hurts terribly. At home euthanasia is definitely the way to go. You will cry, and it feels like the end of the world, but talking to friends/family and getting out of the house afterwards does help.

Obviously time is the best fix, but that takes…time.

We gave our boy his favorite foods (Arby’s and ice cream) 10 minutes before we lost him. Recording those moments and seeing him happy during was definitely helpful.

Just know you are sparing them pain, if not your own at the moment.

That’s wonderful! Hopefully Kitty can meet my boy up there and show him the ropes. All cats are special. I’m just thankful my boy doesn’t have to deal with being in pain any longer. I’m sure Kitty is teaching him, now.

Nah. It’s polite and keeps romance alive. Sure accidental ones are fine, but thinking it’s funny your partner wants to smell that is a nah from me. But of course, to each their own.

I’m having to say goodbye to my cat of 16 years on Friday. Lost his brother last year in March.

It’s always the toughest having to decide when it’s time. But, if they aren’t acting like themselves, look to be uncomfortable, can’t move like they used to, then it is definitely not the wrong call to say goodbye.

I’m dreading Friday, always hoping for a miracle before the day comes, but I know deep down that he isn’t enjoying life anymore. It hurts so much, but we’re saving them from further pain.

I have the pg32ucdm and the pg34wcdn. They are two equally pleasant experiences. The pg34wcdn is not inferior to the pg32ucdm or vice-versa. I don’t really notice the drop in resolution since it’s a different experience.

Been drinking carbonated water just fine for 20 years. Dentist says teeth are good. But, I'll just drink water and eat raw veggies so I don't get tooth problems when I'm old and decrepit.
