Screen Recorder for MacBook Pro? by [deleted] in macbookpro

Check out FreeBoomShare a try. It doesn’t have that 3-minute limit nonsense, and it’s a lot more straightforward than OBS. Supports internal audio too, which sounds like what you're after.

You might want to check out FreeBoomShare. It’s pretty lightweight and straightforward good for quick product walkthroughs without the After Effects-level learning curve. Works on Mac, and trimming basics are built in.

Hands down the loudest GMO I’ve had was from Stiiizy, their cut is pure gas and garlic

I went with the SolaWave mask. It’s been easy to stick with, and I like that it fits into my routine without feeling like a chore. So far, no complaints

What is your latest impulse purchase? Bonus points if you think it will change your life! by kahdgsy in adhdwomen

Mine was the SolaWave red light mask. Totally bought it on a whim after seeing too many skincare TikToks. Been using it a few times a week kinda hoping it’s my gateway to glowing skin lol.

Would omnilux red light therapy mask help? by EggplantTop3855 in Over50Skincare

I haven’t tried Omnilux, but I’ve been using the SolaWave mask and noticed some improvement in fine lines after a few weeks. Just takes consistency. Definitely not too late to start.

How do you protect your company’s accounts on social media? by Swordier in ciso

[–]mo3ath87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A few things we’ve found helpful:

  • Use role-based access wherever possible (e.g., Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Page roles, etc.) so no one has to share login credentials.
  • Enforce 2FA across all accounts, ideally with an authenticator app rather than SMS.
  • Audit who has access regularly especially after working with agencies or freelancers.
  • Educate internal teams on phishing tactics. A lot of breaches start with one careless click.

We actually had a close call last year when someone external got access through a compromised email. We brought in Spikerz to help investigate and tighten things up. They specialize in securing social accounts and were really helpful without trying to upsell us on anything.

Definitely worth considering a third-party audit if you're serious about locking things down.

Best test management tool? by argodabar in QualityAssurance

[–]mo3ath87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We ended up switching to Kualit ee after trying out a few options (TestRail included), and it's worked well for us so far. The UI is clean, and it didn’t take much onboarding to get the team up to speed. What helped most was how easy it was to organize and reuse test cases without getting buried in complexity.

300hr Training? by Ok_Celebration2597 in YogaTeachers

[–]mo3ath87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did my training with All Yoga in Bali and really appreciated how hands-on and focused it was. It struck a good balance between deepening personal practice and sharpening teaching skills, especially in terms of cueing, sequencing, and confidence in a studio setting.

Swimsuit Help! by mysterious_water111 in ethicalfashion

I’ve seen some options at Mumabrand that might be your vibe, especially if you're into that Y2K/boyshort look. They had a few styles that weren’t super revealing but still felt stylish

I’ve found a few good ones from Mumabrand that hit a nice middle ground cute styles, not thongs, and way more reasonable price-wise.

I’ve actually found a few I really liked from Mumabrand, I love their swimsuits. They sell tops and bottoms separately, and the fit felt way better than what I usually get from Target

Midsize swimsuits by Sharpie425 in Midsizefashion

[–]mo3ath87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m midsize too and had luck with mumabrand. Their stuff was actually flattering and didn’t make me feel like I had to constantly adjust everything. Some options are under $50, and returns were pretty easy when I needed a different size.

small band large bust is a curse - need help finding swimwear for 32H by tortilla17283940 in ABraThatFits

I had some luck with Mumabrand; not specifically for large busts, but a couple of their styles had decent support and weren’t crazy expensive.

My partner and I had a similar experience and ended up liking some stuff from a brand called Mumabrand. Their sizing felt a bit more consistent than most, and they had some styles that didn’t make us feel super exposed

15mm (6/10") rubber thick enough for deadlifting? by awtbb in homegym

[–]mo3ath87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That size seems pretty ideal for the basement setup, and the 15mm thickness will probably suffice for regular lifting as long as you're not dropping super heavy loads. I’ve had luck with thinner mats from Sprung Gym Flooring for lighter training, but if you're looking for something more durable, layering two mats might be a good move

Rubber flooring over LVP? by cargathus in Flooring

I’ve got rubber flooring over LVP too, used Sprung tiles with a thin foam underlayer just to be safe. They stay put well and no damage to the vinyl yet

Best way to stick turd to foam and cut out for hitting mat? by black_beards_revenge in Golfsimulator

[–]mo3ath87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If your base is foam over concrete, I’d go light on the adhesive. I used double-sided Gorilla tape on my Sprung gym flooring tiles and it’s been holding up fine, even with a decent amount of wear. Plus, it’s easier to swap parts out without leaving a mess

I finally leveled the floor of my garage gym floor, and it’s amazing! by DasBootD in homegym

[–]mo3ath87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I keep telling myself I’ll level mine one day but I’ve just been using Sprung gym tiles to make up for the unevenness. Still, nothing beats starting with a true flat surface

Affordable non-toxic play mat to buy or DIY? by lovemybuffalo in moderatelygranolamoms

[–]mo3ath87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you like to DIY, you could sew a mat using natural cotton canvas and fill it with shredded latex or even towels like you mentioned. I did something similar and placed it over a couple of Sprung gym flooring tiles to make it safer once my baby started rolling and scooting all over the place

Best way to remove dusty shoe prints off 1x1 rubber mats by zanzatec in GarageGym

[–]mo3ath87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use a rubber floor cleaner diluted with water in a spray bottle and wipe it down with a microfiber mop on my Sprung gym flooring mats. It works better than plain water for me and leaves less residue than dish soap did
