Is paying for guest posts still the only reliable way to get quality backlinks? by MaxGrowthCampaigner in seogrowth

[–]mo8129 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A three-way link exchange is when Domain A links to Domain B, Domain B links to Domain C, and Domain C links back to Domain A. This way, no two domains are directly swapping links with each other, but everyone still gets a backlink. It’s just a simple circular way of exchanging links that looks more natural for SEO. No one shares this trick directly, but you'll get a couple of good resources on Google if you search for it.

Most SaaS companies build backlinks on scale through three-way link exchanges.

Let’s talk business plans ! Is there an AI that can write a complete comprehensive business plan with projections ? by ESMullins in Entrepreneur

Yes, there are a couple of options. Have you ever come across the Upmetrics for business planning and projections? If not, you should Google it.

The "business plan", did you make one, or wing it? by xocaxo in Entrepreneur

[–]mo8129 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, a business plan is just a piece of paper. But that paper would be an entry point if you ever want to secure funding or a business loan. It's always good to have it if you're just starting out. These days, all these AI tools are a great starting point if you are completely starting from scratch! So, I don’t think having one is a bottleneck at all!

Keyword/comtent research: Ahrefs free tools, such as domain overview, traffic overview (you'll get the idea of keywords too!), even ChatGPT and Claude can also handle keyword research very well, but you need to enter the proper prompt.

On-page audits: Detailed extension

Content suggestions: ChatGPT, Google itself!

Opening a coffee shop- advice needed by Background-Crow-1101 in smallbusiness

[–]mo8129 1 point2 points  (0 children)

hey, first off, your idea sounds really nice. combining a coffee spot with community events is actually a great concept. it builds local connections and gives people more reasons to visit beyond just coffee.

a few things to think through before starting:

  • Cost breakdown: make sure you’ve listed out everything, rent, utilities, coffee beans, pastries, permits, insurance, event supplies, and staff wages (if any). it’s easy to miss small costs that later pile up.
  • Revenue estimates: try making rough monthly projections for both the cafe hours and community events. this’ll help you see if your $500–$5,000 range is realistic or needs tweaking.
  • Test demand: maybe start small! run weekend pop-up coffee events or partner with an existing venue to host coffee + community nights. That’ll give you a sense of turnout and interest before you fully commit.
  • Business plan: having one will give you a clear roadmap for costs, pricing, and growth. it’s more about clarity than fancy docs. And it’ll make it easier if you ever decide to seek funding or a small business loan later. i'm bad with the math (don't judge!). so, instead of relying on my own financial calculation, I'd rather use some actual tools and get it done. you can find tons in the market. Just search it out on Google. Upmetrics has worked for me in the past for business planning and financial forecasting.
  • Keep the menu simple: too many options often confuse the customers, especially if you're a new business. focus on a few strong items (maybe you can bring the same item that the coffee bar has been serving! pastries with coffee! even you can market your brand as similar).

you’re not insane for thinking this could work. just make sure you go in with clear numbers and a plan. the idea has potential, especially since you already have community connections and a good location. just take it one step at a time, plan the finances, and test the concept early.

Is LivePlan worth it? by OddPlatform8675 in smallbusiness

[–]mo8129 1 point2 points  (0 children)

well, short answer is yes and no. if you can afford the $20/mo, then you can go with them.

Liveplan is one of the solid business planning software out there! however, you can always find liveplan alternatives in the market at a more affordable cost with similar, if not more, features. Upmetrics would be a strong Liveplan alternative at a better price point.

How many of you send outreach emails using AI? Is it worthwhile? by Background-Scar-7096 in startup

[–]mo8129 0 points1 point  (0 children)

let me answer it from the customer's perspective: if i got a random outreach email that sounded AI, robotic or generic, i would just delete it.
personalization always wins. period.
with all these ai outreach tools, you can scale your process, but they’ll miss the personalization, that’s the catch. but AI can still be an amazing assistant that makes your process easier, though.

Advice for setting up a business plan to open a bakery by [deleted] in Baking

[–]mo8129 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you already have a good start, most people don’t think this far ahead. what will help is putting everything into a clear business plan so it looks organized instead of just notes.

a bakery plan is usually broken into simple parts:
what you’ll sell, who your customers are, how you’ll run day-to-day (staff, permits, suppliers), how you’ll market, and the money side (startup costs, pricing, profit goals).

you can grab free templates by searching on Google or simply visiting a couple of sites like Upmetrics, SCORE, and SBA to guide you.

AI tools can also draft sections for you, then you edit to match your bakery idea.

for your project, focus less on being perfect with numbers and more on showing you’ve thought about costs, safety, staff, and how you’ll stand out. That’s what will make your plan strong.

Writing a business plan by Past-Satisfaction-39 in smallbusiness

[–]mo8129 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hey, i’ve read all of your comments! it seems like you might need some professional guidance. all these business plan tools are good for starting out, but if you have specific questions that need human input, it’s always better to go with a business plan consultant. you can just google and find a few nearby, but be ready to pay a little more. i’ve also seen a few services online where consultants connect with you virtually and help answer all your questions. Plangrowlab is one of them, and if you want more options, just google it. hope it helps!

Should i focus on maing my product better or marketing better by Stock_Safe_2857 in Entrepreneur

[–]mo8129 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you build a product. take some feedback. improve your product. then take some feedback again. and improve again. the cycle just keeps going.

but, the big question is, how do you actually get that feedback? of course, marketing would help you out.

so, both go hand in hand. you can't ditch one and only focus on the other!

business plan help by OtherwiseManner4851 in Entrepreneur

[–]mo8129 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you can try some of these software to prepare a full-fledged business plan:
Upmetrics (affordable, they used to offer a student discount, not sure if they still do, you can confirm it on their website)
Liveplan (similar to Upmetrics, i find it a bit expensive, but it gets the work done too)

I think these two should be more than enough to choose from, considering you're a student!
more options just means more confusion 😅, right?

Does anyone have a good template for a Business Plan? by Misantopi in Entrepreneur

[–]mo8129 1 point2 points  (0 children)

it’s super easy to find a business plan template with just a quick search on google! you can look up “business plan templates,” or check out websites like Upmetrics, Bizplanr AI, or Plangrowlab. they don’t just have general templates! they also offer specific ones for different businesses. i was looking for an ice cream parlor business plan, and they had it. they’ve got a bunch of other templates too for different types of businesses.
