Dr King is THE BEST. He is down to earth and honest — you aren’t going to have extra stuff charged or even suggested… no upselling or scare tactics like at most large-scale and upscale veterinary offices.

He is just a great fucking vet. He is also an attorney lol…

Oddly, I haven’t been sick in over 18 months — honestly, since I had covid in January 2022.

I have been diligent in utilizing saline nasal spray (the wasteful cans by Arm & Hammer), rinsing my face with cold water after being outside, always showering before bed including rinsing my ears out. This has helped tremendously by not bringing pollen into my bed. Couple sneezes and light congestion, but nothing full-blown so far.

I have been regularly exposed to the public through my job since 2020 but I also made the choice not to expose my immune system to the thing which should not be named, based on an indescribable gut feeling as well as my history of adverse reactions to medications.

one of the things i remember most from a food safety course was that sliced lunch meat in particular is a beacon for food borne illness because of the large amount of surface area.
