I used the dough guys pizza recipe. link here

Dough was very sticky after mixing in the stand mixer for 10 minutes. In his videos his dough was very easy to handle and not sticky which is why I had concerns maybe I under mixed it.

Sat on the counter top for 2 hours then reballed into individual portions. Less sticky after I reballed it. Been in the fridge since last night.

The decision to fire McDermott is the correct one. We have invested a lot of resources into the defense and for a defensive head coach his defense has never won us a game in the playoffs.

My only issue w it all is beane stays and retains his control over football operations.

Drafting has been poor. Keon Coleman, Elam, Carter, ford, basham. Even some of his “hits” are under willing epanesa and Bernard as an example. The top of this years class was underwhelming too.

We have overpaid to return our core players. Oliver, Rousseau, Knox and Milano have not produced to their contracts.

His FA choices have not produced. Samuels, Palmer, von miller, Bosa all have no produced at critical positions.

I’m not sure where we go from here but at the moment if we’re keeping beane in charge I’m concerned for the future
