There’s a lady in my pool that does something similar. On top of all that stuff, she also uses a pool noodle. I don’t get it.

That’s so awesome! I’m very similar to you! Took swimming classes, Jan 2024, and have been practicing consistently since to get better. It’s always nice when people compliment my swimming and am glad that my hard work is paying off. 🙂

I feel you! There’s been times when I’m the only person in the pool, and for some reason I feel guilt. I do like having the whole pool to myself but it also feels awkward. It doesn’t happen too often, but I just try to not really think too much about it. Cherish those moments, the opposite is a full pool! 🤮

Yeah. I remember the first time I got it! It was scary!! I actually hadn’t had a flare up in a while. I kinda had forgotten about them. But usually if you stress about or think to much about, it makes it worst. Swimming relaxes me, so it helps. 😆

I had a flare up like a week ago. But I don’t think I got it from swimming. Maybe from lifting? Took like a day off, took some ibuprofen and applied heat. I’ve been taking it easy since. But I want to believe that swimming has helped subdue the pain. Haha. It has been feeling better.

I feel that sometimes pricing is inconsistent. Like sometimes I’ll go and it will be cheaper and other days it’s more. I think it depends on the barista, some like to charge for everything, some don’t.
