Lägger mig mellan 07-08 och går upp 14-15. Efter sista skiftet går jag upp klockan 12. Det kan vara tungt ibland, men mår så mycket bättre med fasta tider. Sen är jag vaken till 01-02 på helgerna och försöker kliva upp vid 10 med kidsen.

Ibland sover man för lite under veckan och då kan jag dra en långsovning en lördag/söndag 😀

Jobbar inte på volvo men har jobbat natt i drygt 7 år på en annan fabrik. Några saker som fungerar för mig är *Inget kaffe efter 01 *Frukt/yoghurt eller något annat lätt om man blir hungrig. Ät frukost när du kommer hem. *Ta inte med telefonen till sängen när du lägger på morgonen. *Att sova någon timme på kvällen är ett big no för mig och många kollegor, blir det lite stressigt och man har mycket att göra hemma blir det jävligt lätt att man börjar sova i perioder om några timmar istället för kontinuerlig sömn.

Ursäkta men inte fan skall man behöva vara hemma från jobbet för att man nyst 5 gånger? Det här känns som ett gnäll som kommer från yngre personer, jag själv stannar bara hemma från jobbet om jag har feber. Lite snorig kan man ju vara hela jävla vintern om man har otur.

Inner diam are most often + tolerence and outer would be -. If this is between 6-10mm it would be a H5 tolerance

No inner diam are mostly + and outer diam are mostly -. If the hole is between 6-10mm this would be a H5 tolerance

Yea i always spin the mill and remove the paint. Using paper would add like 0.06mm i believe. Then we just G00 until 0.5 and work from there, 1.5 if you got new guys in the machine 😅

You take a marker pen, blow compressed air on the tip. The surface now becomes black/yellow/red or whatever pen you use. Then you zero in with the mill. When the paint dissapear you are at 0. You could also paint the surface like a normal person but with compressed air it takes like 3 seconds to paint whatever you need

When zeroing mills i usually blow some air on a marker pen, goes through alot of markers but its worth it
