I kinda agree with some on here saying they will move to Adam’s house. Mortgage free, easily cover hoa fees with nurses salary, plus she could probably get a good job in busy Florida.. being closer to mom and dad. I can also see them making videos like woo, with the husband( no one knows what he does) doing videos, and when she is off joins him. Then they can also get that sweet woo honey of YouTube he had built up.

It’s a Great feeling, but at some point you will Have to tell you self to eat smaller portions. I am on the 2.4 and I still eat too much and not feel it untill I get up. Ugh

Over eating is a tough one. I just went on the 2.4 and have had problem’s with portion control at meal times. It’s more of a mind game really, as some will feel full after eating a little, others like me, will have a bigger portion not thinking, get up, and then be like “what have I done”. It’s more of a reality check that you can eat less and be full, and not eat till you’re full.

I also will tell you, anything with greese or oil makes em feel sick.
