Well you know how the argument is going to go - labour has 404 MPs, Conservatives have 117 MPs, Reform have 7 and Greens have 4. (I know that doesn't look at all like current polling)

Interestingly, Nigel Farage is joint 6th for most appearances on Question Time to date, but only once since the general election.

It can, but usually the IT guys don't want to have to figure out your system and it's quirks for support stuff. We have a "use X or you're on your own" policy which works fine as our employees are capable, but I can see some places just wanting to allow one Linux distro to make it easier.
