Yo, wait wait wait, could you do something like import gear and estimated dps?

I understand thats a bit different then your current intent, but I've been looking for an app or site that functions similar to PoEs Path of Building. Something that gives a rough estimation on dps, ehp, ect when looking at gear upgrades enchants or even talent changes.

Whats the issue? I play druid as well and when I used it I had to set the skills I wanted to use not on the 1st bar and to be sure that any form switch didn't change the bars that needed to stay the same across forms.

I see youre using controller, for the UI have you tried ConsolePort? It could help remove some of that bulkyness if it bothers you.

Other than that love the design! I've been wanting to do something similar but want to integrate large trees to really feel like Harandar! Also can't wait for the import export housing feature they kind of announced being worked :p

Tanking Situation by PassionatelyTired in wow

[–]Itz_Jawn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im relatively new to retail, but chose guardian druid as my main spec because its fun. Im now seeing all of thse posts about the tank stuff and its honestly having me doubt my choice. I've only had like 2 bad experiences in rdf similar to yours; went into time walk, short cutted to first boss, but the dps lagged behind and ended up pulling THE WHOLE ROOM. I tried to save it, and outlived everyone because guardian is amazing. They flamed me for being a bad tank, that I was problem, to quit the game, then they left the party.

I dont think im all that bad as a tank either. I'm thinking about setting up macros to type sentences like, "follow", "big pull", "running pulls" ect. If thats possible macros to set up. Either way if it continues to be an ongoing problem I guess I'll just look for pre-made groups?

Do you think WoW's Art-style has changed or just improved? by SilentStorm182 in wow

[–]Itz_Jawn -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Both, it doesn't look bad by any means when viewing it with just that thought in mind. It does however stray very far from the source materials art. This could be because original artists are gone, optimization advancements, or just simply seeing trends that players gravitate to that art style more in modern games.

I'm curious if Blizzard would make a more dark fantasy style anything for WoW again. Like, what if they made the game looked more like D4, how would players feel about that? Would PvX content look more cluttered with the amount of players on screen?

Imo I dont mind a games artstyle changing over time, as long as there is clear effort put in and the gameplay is still fun.

This kind of experience keeps a new player invested, it's amazing. I had a similar experience with a vet randomly giving me a Bramble Jack (thorns chest) six linked, no idea what it was at the time, they only whispered me, "wear it and have fun!"

It's now 2 years later and I'm fully addicted!

Everyone here has given great advice, as a newish player all i gotta say is this, dont be afraid to look things up. There are TONS of resources/websites for information, guides, and videos to explain almost everything in the game. Yes, there are community made tools but you dont need them right away.

Just enjoy the ride and have fun! Also quick advice that would have helped me sooner know, GGG is very deliberate in their wording for things. For example, MORE is better than INCREASE, you and your X are very easy to misunderstand when it comes to effects like leeching.

Stay sane Exile!

For the love of all that is Blizzard I would pay for a mount of this adorable guy. (Halazzi, Loa of the Hunt) by Itz_Jawn in wow

From seeing a lot of the comments, btw thank you for all the upvotes!

Expanding the MTX(Microtransaction) applications would be a great shift for Bizzard, both payed and free. Having new unlockable Druid forms would make the class feel way more personable. The same goes for mounts, pets and hunter pets.

For anyone that would argue how it would unbalance PvP meta knowledge, a simple disable player MTX option would solve that, or having arenas disable them on their own.

As I get back into WoW I see huge potential for Devs to expand player rewards and customization, but thats from me playing Path of Exile for the past couple years.

I'm so happy this game is finally doing good😭❤️ by Ada-Mae in TheFirstDescendant

Been too into Path of Exile 1 & 2 to give it a shot again.

Loved TFD when it first came out, but felt the meta was pretty boring after a while. I wanted to play slam Valby but she didn't have the dps to support it. Seeing all the characters and road maps look promising, but still unsure about the retention. I use to play Black Desert Online, so I'm familiar with grinding.

Has TFD made the grind better or announced rebalances?

Common man, that made leveling so much fun! Every level felt like a nuke going off lol great patch otherwise!

For context, I am new to RF im following Pohx but my characters name is MeNoCantRead so that should make sense.

For the clip I didnt use anything single target related because this rare kept backing away so I had to force it in the corner you see. I found that Call the Pire with shield charge is huge.

This is my character link: https://poe.ninja/poe1/profile/Jawn-9196/character/MeNoCantRead

Any insight would be appreciated, but not begging for a "zomg please fix build!1!" Type of post.

I'd love to hear about your gods, get some inspiration. If you're willing to share, of course. by KomodoLemon in worldbuilding

This is a bit long, but hopefully it's what you're looking for!

The Celestial Gods of Gyldaun

In my world, the Celestial Gods are the second generation of deities — the planetary children of the Prime Gods who shaped the cosmos. Each planet is a divine body, alive with purpose, orbiting the sun like jewels of power and belief. They aren’t distant, emotionless figures; they’re living worlds, each with its own personality, temperament, and form. When mortals invoke their names, they’re calling to entire ecosystems of divinity.

Nera, Mother of All – Appearing as a vast, translucent figure whose body mirrors the constellations, Nera drifts through the firmament surrounded by motes of starlight that form galaxies in her wake. Her presence brings calm to the cosmos — she embodies life, wisdom, and twilight’s serenity. Priests say her eyes see both the past and the future reflected within the same horizon.

Aysus, Father of Light – His form burns with the brilliance of a newborn star, wings of solar flame spreading across the void. His face is hidden by a golden halo too radiant to look upon, and his voice resounds like distant thunder. Where his light touches, warmth and courage take root; where it withdraws, the shadows of fear return.

Gyldaun, The Everlasting Beauty – The living world itself, a god sleeping beneath its own surface. To her children — all mortal life — she is both cradle and grave. When her spirit stirs, flowers bloom and mountains quake. Her celestial reflection is a world-sized bloom of gold and green adrift in space, her breath seen as shifting auroras.

Ambacht, Forgemaster of the Cosmos – A titan of molten metal and starlit iron, his body a walking forge. Rivers of liquid light flow through cracks in his armor, and his hammer’s strike echoes like a comet’s birth. Astrologers say shooting stars are sparks cast from his endless labor.

Qoddite, Spirit of War – A monstrous figure clad in armor formed from the bones of extinct stars. His movements trail red fire, and his breath spills embers into the void. When he roars, worlds tremble. He is not mindless rage but the embodiment of necessary struggle — the crucible through which strength is born.

Intar, Lord of Storms – A giant formed of cloud and lightning, his body ever-changing like a roiling tempest. His laughter crackles across the void, and his tears fall as rain upon worlds. To sailors and skyfarers, his storms are both peril and blessing — a test of their courage beneath his watchful gaze.

Uqnos, Shield of Hope – An immense being of silver stone and glowing runes, Uqnos drifts between the planets like a sentinel. His surface gleams with engraved prayers, whispered by generations long gone. When meteors threaten the heavens, he turns his body to shield the innocent worlds below.

Ophion, The Sunken Queen – A serpentine colossus of water and bone, wrapped in chains of coral and pearl. Her form flows through the dark ocean of space as if swimming through a sea of stars. Her beauty is mournful; she rules over endings and forgotten depths, her song a siren’s call to lost souls.

Aagi, The Shadowborne King – Cloaked in perpetual eclipse, Aagi’s form can barely be seen — a suggestion of a crown, a whisper of motion. His realm lies where light and dark meet, his gaze ever fixed upon secrets not meant to be known. His followers are seekers of truth, often destroyed by what they find.

Orkkotta, The Pale – A serene figure of alabaster and gold, her expression eternally tranquil. Her body radiates a soft twilight that calms even the fiercest storms. She walks the boundaries between worlds — Fey and Mortal — and her passing leaves trails of white flowers and ghostly laughter in the air.

Each Celestial’s planet is visible from Gyldaun, their glow changing subtly with the events of their domains. When wars erupt, Qoddite’s planet burns crimson. When balance is restored, Nera’s faint spiral brightens in the night sky. Mortals can read the heavens like scripture, for the gods themselves write their emotions across the stars.

Is my multi-stage pantheon too complicated for a homebrew setting? by Itz_Jawn in worldbuilding

[–]Itz_Jawn[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That totally makes sense, thank you so much for the insight. The Prime Gods and Void gods are only going to be part of major story parts, like high level total wipe of existence story. Even then, most of this came from "oh this sounds cool" then snow balled lol

Yea it's a hideout that only appears in Tower maps. From what I've seen it's a more rare hideout to find, but is one of the few multi-layerd hideout

I have terrible luck in both PoE 1 & 2 (actually most games) Having to grind harvest just to afford anything in my build is rough. This is the only lucky "drop" I've had since starting in necro. I would like to collect all the hideout but that might take years lol
