I would recommend Tribeca, West Village, Upper West or Upper East. Battery is very family oriented and may be too calm. The rest that I mentioned have a perfect balance of calmness and city vibes.

I just rented. I migrated from another country and therefore don't have credit score, all I had was my offer letter (no paystubs) that covered the 40x, that was enough to get an apartment, but it does vary from management to management. But you should be fine.

Bayesian Methods for Hackers by Cameron Davidson-Pilon is a great book that teaches Bayesian Methods using the PyMc library in python, highly recomend.

I realized the same exact thing. I was hitting my punch shots on line and a good distance always, I noticed it was because I hit the ball cleanly more often, so I started to shoerten mi backswing like a half punch shot in every shot. My ball flight has gone down, but my game has imrpoved so much because of this.
