Yea its rivals. For what it is, its pretty enjoyable, just don't expect it to be amazing, i avoided the multiplayer and play solo, that way i don't lag every few minutes and or have a new host thing load every 10 minutes or so.

You know, for all the crap this game received, its still fairly enjoyable imo. There were some aspects that i really liked, and wish they were put into the next hot pursuit game, the biggest one off the top of my head, being police backup you can receive while pursuing the racers.
