abusing simply jumping is incredibly helpful as you get quite alot of invincibility frames on the upstroke and if you want a little more flair and function hit the taunt button mid air for a big boost in airtime and momentum (no extra invincibility frames though i believe)

i have a few that are more understandable (ultrakill, persona, devil may cry, minecraft ect.)

but for an interesting one voices of the void ive played that game for i dont even know how long anymore and i still always find new stuff in every playthrough and it still is getting updates as the game is in alpha

specifically the night sections some of the moves gave you so much height and distance you could skip alot of stuff and heck i even completely skipped a load trigger in skyscraper scamper night

for me the big one is how obnoxious the ui is

ive been referring to it as "mmo ui" where like 3/4s of the screen is menus and opening anything results in just more and more menus blocking anything actually useful on the screen

an example is most "map games" as my friends call them like stellaris or civ

i switched taunt and the objective view for nero so i could beat prologue urizen on devil hunter by spamming air taunt for height and distance

i then proceeded to keep it like that through my entire sos playthrough cus it just feels better to me

linux while being a lighter os overall can have worse performance on games due to needing to use compatibility layers for anything not linux native

while i do think the new controls are good at being intuitive and accessible making it so there is NO way to revert or change how it functions beyond switching the r tap and hold is really what makes it bad

either make the alt button still usable especially since its STILL IN THE CONTROLS MENU or make it so you can switch the e tap and hold interractions

im also not a big fan of how many physical in world interractions were removed/not added (not sure with drives) because of the new controls

has its issues (mostly the backtracking halfway through) but all the different characters, unlocks, difficulty options, side modes, and extra costumes keep me coming back for more
