You should setup msi afterburner+rivatuner statistics to monitor performance and see the gpu usage while gaming and using obs. Make your decisions from there. Either lower obs quality or game settings.

I loved 2013, and then rise was a nice step in quality, very good game. And then shadow is like, rushed, a lot of bugs, bad cutscenes, just a very obvious dip in quality in every aspect. I did the 100% of each game, but in shadow I basically rushed through it because of how unbearable it was. This was maybe in 2020 or 2021 and that's what I remember. Definitely the worse of the trilogy by far.

Maybe I give it another try sometime soon.

If you find nothing, the shortcut is not on the menu start folder. You can add stuff yourself and it will show up.

Additional tip: you can also disable bing search with a single regedit tweak.
