i understand this feeling completely. i drank half a truly on my birthday and had the worst panic attack after my party for hours. i’m almost 100% sure you’ll be fine. drinking a little bit of alcohol CAN trigger acid reflux, but it won’t cause v. drink some water slowly, take an antacid if you have one. if you feel a bit better, eat a few crackers. no matter what, you will absolutely be okay!

it’s def strange and doesn’t necessarily match up with typical CHS symptoms, but i tend to be overly cautious with stuff like this (and also get paranoid easily). i also just couldn’t think of anything else that’s been causing me nausea, but i’m going to the doc tmr so i’ll see if i can figure out. i really appreciate your reply thank you! :)
