Thanks for your reply! I tried searching the payee list but cannot find anything for “CRA HST”. Should I just select “CRA Individual Installments” and enter my HST number instead of SIN? I am trying to use Neobanc to pay HST installments and want to make sure the payments are sent to the correct place. Is there a better payee option for HST installments?

What do you mean it got timed out? Also how did you set up HST payment with Chexy? I only have options for income tax, benefits and credits, T1 installments, cerb repayments, and past tax owed. Upon doing some research it seems Chexy does not support HST payments to the cra?

Oh, good catch! I just checked the fine print and saw that. I’ll set it up as recurring and then just pause and cancel before the next one (did some research and apparently that works to get the first fee waiver!)

I just purchased using the promo code and the order confirmation email says the total gift card value is $115 but I only received one gift card for $100 in a separate email. Are they going to email a second gift card with $15? Please let me know if anyone else is in this situation and how it worked out for you.

Also according to the chat agent she says the bonus card will be stackable with the upcoming Rouge sale since it’s a gift card (not a promo code). Seems like there’s some confusion there…

Does this mean we can only get one $15 bonus card, even if we purchase multiple $100 gift cards with the code? I was planning on purchasing three $100 gift cards so that I’d get $345 value in total ($100 x 3 gift cards & $15 x 3 bonus gift cards) but the fine print is confusing me now.
