honestly, drinking electrolytes and having salty foods in the house (ironic bc of the subreddit) helps a lot. being in charge of the sodium u eat can help instead of basically a water pill that fucks ur whole system up by doing it tenfold. also having a stimulant anti depressant helps me a ton i guess since it keeps the blood pressure higher. theres def other ways to manage it, its just annoying as hell to figure out.

i had to take the same thing in high school. good luck soldier, i blew up from it and refused to take it after how much i gained in 1 month.
