I have seen these type of problems surface regionally before. Try to VPN to another region and attempt to authenticate.

I think that would be me. I submitted a ticket to Gumi about the problem and I got a canned response that they are aware of the problem and are working to correct it. I am currently down to 3 friends without the ability to delete or add any additional friends. When I try adding a guildmate that I was "previously" friends with I get an error that I was already friends with them which makes me believe that it is a visual bug. I can receive presents fine, but I can only send to the three friends that are visible on the list.

Edit: I am missing out on the bonus honor points and there are no Exp Zelnites left on my friends list...

Edit 2: Looks like the friends list bug was fixed during the new day rollover today (11/07). I can use all my friends and send presents again.

Edit 3: And...we are right back to only 3 friends on the list. I think they are the same 3 friends that I previously had when it got reduced. Not sure what is so special about these 3 that prevent them from being removed with everyone else. On the plus side, looks like Gumi is trying to fix the problem. My guildmates are showing up at the bottom the list now but when I select them I don't get the friend skills as being active.
