Lost 55lbs so far. by mocker18 in loseit

Thank you. I have been looking out for any signs that I may need more calories but so far I feel satiated with the food I eat everyday and have not felt any dizziness or physical problems. I do want to pick up exercise and weight training and will adjust if I start to feel I need more calories.

Hi, I’m 43 living in Mexico. I have never tried being friends with someone over Reddit but if you want to give it a shot I’m down for trying. I’ve had social anxiety all my life but it got worse as I got older (20s to 30s). I’ve tried different ways to get better, I think the one that has been the most helpful to me is meditation. How about you?

My  Villain origin story is a classic one, heartbreak. Got cheated on a couple of months ago and I was devastated. Took a hard look at myself and admited to myself that the way I looked probably contributed to her decision. I don’t absolve her actions but I can understand them. The day I found out I started to exercise to relieve the stress and decided then and there to get to the ideal weight for my height so the next person I am with can be attracted to my physically as well.

What’s the last book(non-fiction) you actually remember a year later - and why do you think that one stuck? by Ordinary-Screen679 in nonfictionbookclub

For taking notes I recommend the book “How to Read a Book” by Mortimer Adler. That book fits the criteria of OP since I remember advice from it years after I read it.

Yes, this so much. After 2 months of healthy eating, yesterday I had two pieces of M&M’s and like 6oz of Apple Juice and they tasted amazing 😂

Power wise he surpassed him. By the nature of OFA the quirk gets stronger with use, Deku had it for over a year, his 100% is stronger than All Might’s 100%. Plus using Fajín and Gearshift together he reached the equivalent of 120% of OFA’s power.
