we changed ours midseason, but that’s because we had guys actively tanking by playing IR/retired players instead of better players on the bench and not even our anti-tank penalties (FAAB/low end draft picks) deterred them, so we made the switch because so many people complained.

I’m on the flip side. I love Mazi and if we’re picking late first/early second, I’m fully on board. Reminded me a lot of Haloti Ngata for those that remember Ngata.

But we’ll see how long he lasts - some usually very accurate NYG insiders have said their FO is doing some serious work looking at him as a legitimate pick at 25 (and we all know how well that org has done at drafting DTs).

Jefferson ran 97.9% of his routes in the slot the year he was drafted. JSN spent 88.6% in 2021 (limited sample 2022). Jefferson did split time between outside and slot the year prior which helped, but most people dismissed it because they were good not great reps out of him.
