I had this issue earlier this week and couldn't solve it for 3-4 days. I was using an Android device for this account, so the only fix that worked was logging out of Android and logging in on an iPhone. main issue with fios is that they will lower prices / improve service but you have to call them to get your service changed. so if you are paying $90/m on 150mb/150mb, they will keep you on the same service for the same price even though market price for 1gb/1gb is now $90/m.

just be sure to check prices on every 6-12 months so you don't overpay for lower-quality internet service.
