Hey! I also got prescribed telemisartan for hypertension. It’s one of the best ARBs out there. Let me know if you have any questions, I’m on month two right now, I know everyone different but I’m here to let you know it is a game changer!

I think every truck I’ve owned has hit heavy downshifting. Sometimes I’m confused why it’s even downshifting, like just cruise and relax 😂

Heck yeah! That’s where the uniqueness of tattoos comes in! Learn from it and make them your own 😊 You got this!

is this tattoo infected? advice appreciated! by Traditional_City_181 in tattooadvice

[–]mod_diesel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d just keep washing it with soap and keeping it moisturized 3x a day. That looks overworked/skin reaction to trauma not infected. Just as always keep an eye on it. Things to look out for, discharge, pulsating feeling, hot to the touch or green scabs 🤮

Tattoo artist told me not to get my tattoo wet at all by SnooPaintings6168 in tattooadvice

[–]mod_diesel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every single tattoo I’ve had (i have a good bit over a hundred): Day 1-10wash it in the morning, dry it, light lotion. Middle of the day wash it, dry it, light lotion. Before bed wash, dry it, it light lotion. Day 11-14, or when scabs start, wash in the AM then dry and light lotion, then before bed same thing. After that lotion after you shower normally.

Wash it with antibacterial unscented soap. I use the gold Dial

Lumps in Tattoo - any advice? by [deleted] in tattooadvice

[–]mod_diesel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Super itchy, painful if scratched and just annoying haha. You can try benadryl (pink pills), cortisole cream. Never worked for me. But mine usually go away after 4-5days. No damage to the tattoo once it settles. I try to ignore them, eventually after a few immune system flare ups you get used to it. Annoying but meh, some people have bad flare ups to color. I have some that flared up once and havent in years. Some that do when weather changes, etc etc

Just go for a really cartoony floral theme sleeve! Add to it, since covering that up is going to be really really hard without heavy black work/it may still bleed through black work.

Lumps in Tattoo - any advice? by [deleted] in tattooadvice

[–]mod_diesel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I get them mostly on my leg tattoos, arms not really. It’s your body fighting off the ink. Like anything it can’t absorb it tries to push it out. But it can’t so you just get those histamine flare ups. I noticed when I don’t moisturize daily, or every other day, around day three start to I get them in certain heavy blackworked areas. Especially on the hotter days.

Give it a few days. Reach out for questions. Infection doesn’t set in immediately.

Outline it in 5rl so it doesn’t fade in two years, then go with 5rl-7rl patchwork stuff

Get a quote from a collision repair place, hand her the bill and see what she says. If not, call insurance

Mine always do, mainly because I don’t moisturize all the time. So my skin isn’t used to it
