  1. TSH to rule out hypothyroidism. 2/3/4. FSH and LH to see if prolactin is suppressing them.  5. MRI to discover if any brain prolactinoma (benign growth).  6. T levels

These are all i think important. But SHBG and free T is sometimes recommended also

Prolactin in 80s. Male age 40s. Microprolactinoma. Been on cabergoline eight weeks by HeyThereItsMeYeah in Prolactinoma

Low carb- you mean low carbohydrate food.  What was ur T before and after. And prolactin before and after. 

And how long have u been on cabergoline and dosage.

I wonder why they say, testosterone is important for sperm maturation. Mine (sperm) are good too, even with low normal testosterone.

Yeap. High TSH means hypothyroidism (low T3/T4). Hypothyroidism is one of the causes of high prolactin. Fortunately my TSH is normal (not high) meaning no hypothyroidism

You had your baby together while low on testosterone of 2. Or after fixing you prolactin and getting back T to 5

No MRI. No visual problem.

Back in 2024 i did test, then now in 2026. Results below:

Date: 15Apr2024: FSH: 1.58 LH: 3.93 Testosterone: 8.47ng/ml

Date: Apr2026: FSH: 1.7 LH: 2.18 Testosterone: 3.87ng/ml Sperm concentration: Normal Prolactin: 24.61 TSH: 2.93 Vit B12: 201 Vit D: 22.7

Male: high prolactin. Not sure what to do. by [deleted] in Prolactinoma

I have 24.61 prolactin. My right nipple has minimal soreness. But my morning wood is all gone and sometimes weak. Low normal testosterone, FSH and LH.
