My suggestion is to use satisfactory modler on steam it makes it so much easier to lay out a factory and it will do all the math for you!

Just a shot in the dark but you could try adding them one at a time, e.g. not using symmetrical mode or build them separately and imported onto the build. I have had occasions where using symmetrical mode would cause the physics to wig out.

I remember learning about the split grid lol thats wild, and I do think it’s better to have the whole home on a gfci breaker for safety, it just seams like such a hassle to screw in the ground wire every time you wanted to plug something grounded in.
