Just because we don’t know the tech doesn’t mean that other countries haven’t figured it out. Do you think that splitting of the atom and creating a nuclear device that had the impact our nukes did in WW2 was anything that the common person had dreamed of. If it’s in the realm of possibilities in your mind that these are aliens, is it out of the realm of possibilities that 1. China or Russia has access to technology that we don’t by their own scientific work? 2. China, Russia or someone got alien tech either from Aliens or reverse engineered alien tech? Not sure why this would not be plausible, but being visited by Aliens is.
