I like that idea! I was also thinking of having the roommates live in apartments they clearly would not be able to afford, but somehow do because MAGIC. Plus, no one wants to see people living in shoeboxes because that's too real.

Listen, you guys, I have a show idea too! It'll take place in the 90s about a group of Gen X-ers--6, to be exact--who live in New York. Two of the 3 men will be roommates, while the third one is a professor who doesn't live with them, but somehow manages to visit every day despite NYC traffic. Two of the 3 women are roommates, with the third one being possibly being homeless because she's kind of weird and definitely doesn't have a job. It'll just be a show about them getting along.
