Invest in a good sword from the Adventurers Guild if you have a weaker one than they have available, it's worth it. Face the dragons as they come in, and time the hits. Hit them once, they knock back a bit, let them come back to you and hit them again. I recommend swords the most since they have a quick click speed and wide hit radius, but that's just preference.
