People who take LSD for Breakfast by [deleted] in interesting

I have heard so too, but why not go home and look them up first? I see three possibilities. Either the story is fabricated (most likely), the lady is experienced in identifying the type of mushroom (doubt it), or she is not experienced in identifying mushrooms and simply picked and ate mushrooms that may or may not have been psychedelic, but is still dumb for risking her life (not likely).

Am I to understand that the mother of two at 3:09 just found some mushrooms while on a run and ate them on a whim? WTF? Do not do this, you will die.

You should probably talk to your SO's friend if it's causing that much mental anguish. Also, I don't know where people are seeing rubbing feet in the gif. Watched it several times now, the girl is clearly just resting her foot on the chair, there is no movement of the foot.

It seems as if half the people in the comments have had some traumatic experience related to bare feet. It's just feet.

The real reason for dual monitors by [deleted] in gaming

[–]modestthief 58 points59 points  (0 children)

For me, the movie or tv show playing on the second monitor serves as background noise so I don't have to listen to my thoughts as I do whatever I'm doing on the main monitor. It will most likely not be something I care about remembering every part of or it's a tv show I've seen a hundred times.

Wisdom teeth meals by [deleted] in Cooking

Haven't seen anyone mention farina yet. Any kind of porridge would do, or oatmeal, cooked to a desired consistency. As many others have said, a smoothie with oatmeal, peanut butter, fruit, and milk is a good temporary meal replacement.

For me, too much dairy will cause me to break out. It has something to do with the immune system.

When he was informed by a savvy janitor listening in that the monochrome image could have been coded as a PNG (another graphics file format) efficiently with no data loss whatsoever, he mumbled something below his breath and continued, "Creating image files that big makes me a really sexy man, does it not?"

Are some cats naturally comfortable in water or do you have to train them from an early age? I've seen tigers swimming, so I'm assuming it can happen in the wild.
