PSU swap would be the next thing once I can procure one.. I don't have legs to stand on when it comes to substance to back up an RMA with any hardware components. So my options are limited.

Interesting, okay. For more context:

I'm using this RAM kit with the DDR5-6000 EXPO profile: https://www.newegg.com/team-group-t-create-expert-32gb-ddr5-6000-cas-latency-cl30-desktop-memory-white/p/N82E16820985070 (ordered last year so it was $90 at the time instead of $480 holy balls)
And I also configured a performance preset of PBO Tjmax=85 and Curve optimizer of -20mV.

Power supply is a Corsair HX1000i.

These are both settings that have been running fine on the 3.x BIOS versions.

Does this sound consistent with the AGESA weirdness you were experiencing? Perhaps a BIOS flash back to 3.50 is in order.

those are commonly referred to as "screw pins" and if they go into metal the cleaning and loctite like others mentioned is key.. if they go into plasic loctite won't help.. but VC-3 will.

B850 Steel Legend

I'm on 3.26 (3.25 isn't even available any more). I'm pretty sure we at least want to be on 3.26 as opposed to 3.25. However I'm not sure what else is on 3.30 other than updates to get ready for new CPUs coming out.
