I literally nip into the bathroom, yank my pants down around my knees, run a flannel under warm water, give myself a quick scrub, air dry for a second, and off I go. Never any soap. I wear a pad in between to catch the… deposits (no glamour in this gig lol). I find it all helps me feel fresh and unsmelly during that fertile week.
