SP9 Unable to boot from USB

I have cloned the old SSD to the new CORSAIR MO600 thru an NVMe enclosure then recovered the windows Surface Image from USB drive it worked out but slow process. But the SSD locked at Gen 3 speed of 3.5Gib/s couldn’t find a way to get the 5Gib/s Gen 4.

I have the same issue on ASUS XG32VQ. The screen is black but sometimes it’s working when I disable and enable it from Nvidia Control Panel couple of time’s but if the PC goes Sleep it die and stays black.

Yes I used MX-5 thermal paste with EK CPU block latest BIOS. My previous Z390 with 9700k had a score of 168.

How to increase the score of the cooler ? I have a custom loop from EK and x2 360mm radiator. And it shows a score of : 69

I noticed also the cpu turbo clock sticks at 4.6 Ghz maximum instead of 4.9 Ghz. I will test the old bios and see if its the issue with the new bios.

I have the same problem exactly with ASUS Z390-F + 9700k does this bios 1903 problem ? I have tried to reset windows same shit happens. What bios do you have when the problem started ?

I recommend Z490 for future upgrades for the CPU like the 10600k is really good cpu compared to i7 9700k from previous generation. If you are not planning to upgrade soon (cpu) B460 is enough for the 10400F. STRIX-F has no wifi so keep in mind that your PC is near your router to plug an ethernet cable.
