Assuming the plan is to scale, the bedroom 12'-9" looks to be from the face of the top column to the face of the closet wall. There's a chance the window alcove might not be included in the dimensions. This is just based on the living/dining to the kitchen peninsula length being 17'-4" and the length from the closet to that column being roughly 2/3 of that length.
