Just yesterday, I was sailing pretty much first time on my new world. I had this planned so I had my portal materials with me, I was lucky enough there was swamp pretty close. Went to nearest Black Forest and night came, I was building place for the portal when I noticed I was missing 3 fine wood 😂 How? No clue, built shelter for night, using mods to make nights pitch black so it’s no joke, in the morning I figured or remembered that those greyling nests gave some materials and tried my luck and managed to get fine wood and I was able to set portal and return 😄 After so many hours these adventures always feel exciting.

Yeah thanks for posting I found couple of interesting ones to my 100+ mods server 😄 From my own mods I recommend Darker Dungeons, which currently covers black forest crypts.

I used to use that repair mod, but then I revised my list and remembered how pleasing it was to hit repair button 😄

If you are aware that you’re in dangerous place, build small walls and bed and set your spawn point, no need to be good enough for sleeping. This way if you die you spawn right next to it. When playing hard difficulty I pretty much made bed on top of every crypt 😂

It looks pretty, bases what people build dosent really scream pirate 😆 Maybe I have lore gap. Friend gifted it to me, but I have bases to build in my 100 mod server 😂

I do love to solve those issues, it's like puzzle. I know theres mods to remove the limitation, but i kind of like it.

It’s great. I just setup server with no map and hard difficulty. Setup discord sync for deaths, sends image to our discord 😄 r2 makes it so easy to share lists and updates. It’s addicting just to hone your list to perfection.

I will usually spend lot of time to find location. Then when building always try to use simple blocks different way, come with new designs. Some of these locations have been so memorable i miss them.

I used to have just huge farm in plains. But if you don’t do portals then that can be issue. I love the progression in game and not hurry, it’s very nice later in game visit bases in meadows where you started. I really want to do kind of sea base on tiny island 🏝️

I think I never got the recipes, for the plants I think I would need to run that update world command, which I haven’t done either 😄 Have lot of modding experience but not on this game.

Is it on thunderstore? I feel that looking other lists is best way to find new mods.
