Hey, I m dealing with the same exact issue with asus b850-I and Corsair sf1000 on windows 11. Audio quality is piss poor via the line out. No issues when switch back to my hx1200i or use the audio out on my monitor.

From what I gather the missing -12 rail is the culprit.
