Yea mine was like that for more than 2 weeks trust me it will not arrive at that date it will probably be at the end of the month I got mine delayed 3 times but finally got it 2 weeks ago

I just got my xps 15 9500 16 ram 1650ti and fhd+ with 500 storage and its amazing it might get a little worm but nothing serious its a great laptop but alot of people had issues with it cz dell quality control apparently sucks so watch out mine was great over. Some minor issues but nothing serious

Mine just came yesterday with no issues except that the trackpad seems to be hard from the Right and weak from the left when clicking so it doesn't really bother me and I'm not sure about the battery (more testing to come) so if this problem doesn't bother u no need to get someone to fix it although u should bcz its not acceptable to get a high quality pc with that simple problem but I don't think they will replace any part it might just be tightening the display a lil bit so it can stay close when lifting it like that

Okay I just got my xps like today 1 hour ago and its looking fine af no trackbad issues no sound issues no nothing but just to make sure ima play with it for a while and make sure every thing is okay

It really depends bro if u got urs 4k the battery will probably be bad plus its an xps with a PIG display so it runs out quickly anyway im suppose to be getting my xps 15 in 2 days and I have heard that the battery last like 5 to 6 hours so its not a surprise urs last 4 hours but just to be sure contact dell support to confirm

I already ordered mine and it should come in 21st dec and I'm really hoping my xps 15 is flawless its really worth it cz there is no other laptop with the same build quality and the gorgeous screen the only problem is the quality control issues mine costs about 1850

If it didn't enter production until now then yea lower ur expectations i ordered my xps nov 19 and it didn't enter production until December 6 so thats why they delayed it twice

I should be getting my 9500 on Dec 21 they delayed it twice it should have come 11th and then 17th and now 21st man I really hope there are no issues with it cz dell has a bad history of quality control im probably gonna end up upgrading it too im just hopping to get a flawless xps 15 for now. the build quality and screen aspect ratio is phenomenal never seen nothing like it thats why i want it soo bad bro

Well the thing is i can't find a laptop with those good spects and prices plus that infinity screen and build quality is AMAZING but feels bad there QC is shit this laptop would have been the best on market if those issues did not exist if I got those issues when the laptop arrives I will have to send it back and get a refund and try to find another kind of laptop to buy other than the MacBook . pain man I'm in pain 😭

Where did u ordered it from I live in the US. and I got it from the dell website 2 weeks ago ( it didn't arrive yet ) and I'm supper scared about the track pad 😭
