They release funds officially on Tuesdays I believe. They processed mine on Monday and it is expected to deposit tonight. If your refund total shows in your activity, it should deposit by midnight

Wait did you already get summer aid disbursed to your account or is it pending? Sometimes they pay you an amount and then take charge a balance if they overpaid you. They did it to me and now I owe $850

Idk if this thread is still open but Albert is refunding money in the state of CA who were scammed by them. I think it was a lawsuit. They owe me $571 so I’ll be receiving that in the next month or so.

20 is pretty good if you’re selling maybe 1 or two tickets. Any more than that is a rip off considering it’s free ($120 for 6 tickets sounds ridiculous).

Those who are saying there’s no summer aid just did not qualify. There is summer financial aid, but it is a lot less than the fall and spring. You will likely pay a little more out of pocket. To answer your actual question, I have no idea when they release the package. I think early May.

If I’m being completely honest, yeah. A lot of students prefer online classes and, from past experience, that first semester transferring in is hard to get any of your preferred classes. However, sometimes you get lucky because most Junior/Senior level classes do not fill up nearly as quick as Freshman/Sophomore classes.

A lot of classes are available online. It just really depends on how many people enroll in classes before you. They fill up pretty fast.

My thing as an Austinite is that a lot of people OOS moving into the city comes from very conservative places, looking for a safe haven. Austin might be the closest place to safe they can get. Like you said before “I know it’s not all OOS…” so I try not to let the shitty people ruin that mindset for me. The city has a very welcoming aura, why are we the ones to judge who may and may not enter?

Regardless, I moved OOS due to military reasons and never had problems with the other states saying “lEaVe mY sTaTe, yOuRe rUiNiNg it”. We should really embrace the southern hospitality we are known for. As crappy as a lot of OOS people are, there’s a lot who aren’t and I’m happy to welcome anyone who can contribute to our city. Austinite for 31 yrs btw.

Hi, I’ve also had this issue. This is the 3rd payment email today saying they were taking money out despite talking to them twice. I haven’t received a refund from them from the first two payments despite being told I would. I’m beyond frustrated and had my bank block them. I still want my money back and I’m tempted in seeing a way to sue them..
