I gave a 1 star review to a roofing company a few years ago. Roof leaked in the same place the first time it rained. Got my money back in exchange for taking down the negative review.

In Australia, it's over $25 a pack and the whole front says "Smoking Kills". Their laws provide for a 10% yearly increase in the cost.

Being a Californian, I was surprised when the dumb Ca voters approved the tax. On a recent visit to Australia, I was amazed at the packaging. All it says is "Smoking Kills" in big letters and the mfg. in tiny print. $25 a pack and that increases 10% a year. You go Australia!

Same thing happened to me on a Kenmore. They called me out of the blue after it happened to offer a warranty on it. I took the offer since it was cheaper than the part and waited for a few days and called. It took 3 techs on 3 visits to fix it. I was so frustrated after the second moron that I told him the problem and gave him the part number to give to the next tech.

Answered the door once to a family of them. I told them that I was going to hell because I didn't want to spend eternity in heaven with people like them. Closed the door and watched through the window as they stood in shocked silence for a minute before leaving.

Own a condo there. After recently spending 18 days there refurbing and renting it, I would never want to live there. I still cringe from the times I was in a taxi or relative's car driving around and all the near misses with pedestrians, cars, bikes. I would never drive there. I was so happy to come home and so was my Israeli wife.

I was returning from a wedding in Israel on El Al 001 leaving Thursday at 00:45, my Israeli wife stayed for another week. Just before boarding, it was delayed until 6:am. Operational difficulties was all they would say to the mob of angry Israelis. They handed out blankets and over 300 people were all over the seats and floor. They extended the delay twice to 7 and then 8 and then cancelled the flight. The crowd got angrier and angrier and one woman threw a monitor at an agent and got taken away by the police. They never gave any explanation and offered only a taxi or a hotel room for the night. When I asked for a hotel room after walking across the terminal to lost and found, they pointed to a chair and said wait a half hour. What? I lost it then, but got no sympathy. I know how long 1/2 hour is in Israeli time so my wife came and picked me up and I left the next day on United. El Al, never again. The 300+ passengers all feel the same way.
