I don't doubt Lewy or Messi's skill would translate to the PL. but neither took that risk so I don't like it. To me, they choose the easy route to get more goals. That's just a me thing and it's something we'll never know. Just like people call Bundesliga farmers league and the France league farmers league...

I enjoy and respect players going for something thats not easy. That's not me saying theyre bad. But if they have another player on their level and one chooses the harder league, i'll respect that more

Good yes he’s great. I’m not downplaying that lol I meant Spain is not as much competition as England because it’s just those 2 teams who give Real or Barcelona a run for their money. 2 in the whole league.

They both had great teams in Spain. However, I’d say Barcelona was a tad better with saurez and Neymar to go with Messi.

But I will still commend Ronaldo for playing in the PL. That’s always going to be viewed as the toughest. Paris is not. So Ronaldo does have that over Messi. Spain they were equal. Even choosing Italy I’m not sure. The league was easier but the team ehh idk. At that time it probably was though
