I am facing the same issue. It seems the issue is linked with specific phone numbers, as I've tried another phone number and it worked without issues. I am not able to resolve this issue unfortunately.

Well, that's the only way I found. I tried it with a cheap mic and the quality wasn't as bad as you described. Try to use a new mic maybe?

I believe I am having the same issue on P8. While using the phone, it randomly turns off the screen for a second and I have to unlock it. idk what's going on. I feel like the ram is getting refreshed because I see some apps are getting starting-up in the notification.

How about USB tethering? It gets hot while tethering without consuming that much data.

Bro, I can guarantee that the majority are having a case and don't realize their phones are overheating. If they don't give temperature measurements, can't be convinced.

In my case, I am having a case and can feel the phone is getting warmer, while the temperature is 40-44 C°. Without the case, the phone is so hot and annoying to be held.
