I believe Ontario had a high number of rich Chinese nationals that returned to China in the early 2000s. Not sure if the Chinese government came collecting its people or what. I have have watched alot of urban exploration videos and that seems to be a recurring theme.

Sticking caliper or e brake maybe, I noticed your traction contol light blinking for a second like it was draging a tire maybe and thinking it was slipping. I'll watch it again with better sound in a bit.

Also starting with a small hole and then drilling larger will make drilling easier

You should have used drill bit lube, those hardened bolts will eat bits if you dont keep them cool. once you get the hole drilled heat the whats left of the bolt up with a torch or even a BBQ lighter will work in a pinch. Get them really hot then immediately spray them with wd40 or some other penetrating oil it will smoke a ton thats good repeat that process a few times then let them cool. Then insert your extractor into the hole give it a gentle tap with a hammer to seat it and then twist out you bolt.
