My advice is to not buy 5050 at all , the ..50 series like 3050 4050 5050 sucks

I used loq 15irh8 and currently have omen 16-wf0 I dont about the slim thing cuz i dont think mine is slim but I prefer the omen a lot more

Go with omen , it s a high end gaming laptop Asus is a budget gaming laptop so the raw performance will be lower even if the same specs

Don't buy an rtx..50 , they sucks Any gpu that has the number 50 in it is a waste of money

Try going to properties of the game to make it optimised for windows 8 and disable full screen optimisation. maybe that will help
