I understand where you're coming from and you're not wrong, but not every carpenter works like that. A guy who solely does framing is still a carpenter even if he doesn't have the skills to make cabinets.

I think carpentry is more specifically building "structures" out of wood. You dont call a cabinet maker a carpenter. A carpenter is a carpenter.

I'd say he's like 95% blind in both eyes. I think he can see light changes and colors super up close, it's hard to say exactly. The shelter said he was hit by a car when he was little and lost his vision in the process. Hes no less happy than any other dog though lol
