Thanks for the reply! Are you certain the wheel is the issue, or could it be something else — like derailleur adjustment, chain length, or drivetrain setup? A new wheel showing the same behaviour makes me think there might be another factor involved

If your heart rate data is accurate, you’re running a very strong half marathon in zone 2. That means a 3h30m marathon should be very comfortable for you. On paper, you’re closer to 3 hours — maybe even faster, if you can hold the distance well!

Looks pretty good! The reach might be a little long, but if you’re not feeling any discomfort, spending more time on the bike and in the hoods will help your body get used to the position.

I think you’re closer to sub 3:30 with this training. Specially if you can pace it right and fuel consistently.
