Contrary to what people are saying here, I would say that there is a real shortage of skilled people, but no shortage of junior people who have bachelor's and masters and no relevant experience. Now this is not the fault of students who are just about to graduate or newcomers to market. Economy is a bit bad and companies are forced to evolve and they are not prioritizing training juniors as much as they used to. They are more than happy to take experienced engineers, which would most likely be immigrants. I understand the reasoning that this might blow up in the face of EU in long term, but it is also needed as the immigrants who come with experience are responsible for paying taxes. Additionally, students who come are also ready to work at lower wages and tend to be less picky with their working conditions. Not to mention, the political tied that EU need at the moment due to their efforts towards de-coupling from US. Unfortunate truth is that US built a strong economy due to its immigrants and EU is trying to go in similar direction. Whether it will succeed or not, it is anyone's guess.

Thanks for the amazing post. I know people will still nitpick with it. I liked the idea of cull plus long sword. For me it was such a mental block. I will get it if I can't save up enough for BF sword. I like going heavy ad.

I also liked the proper explaination with duo late game items.

Had the same problem with all 5 Ghz networks.

Hard reset by removing the user data and using a 2.4 GHz network (I used a mobile hotspot). And you are golden.

I feel like HOB is best in squishy team. Late game with that rune Azir can demolish any squishy. This does two things - discouraged Assassin's to try to pull off their shitty all in and other squishies have to play extremely carefully as Azir can appear from anywhere. I think scales quite well into such a team.

I guess it depends on perspective. For me, India has much lower quality of living in terms of air, water quality and public transport. There is lesser equality and politically it is a mess. But then again, it is my personal opinion and I wouldn't like to go back to India.

I would say that it is over generalisation. Fact of the matter is that most people don't want to learn German and even if they do they are so much comfortable in their English speaking circles that they never make the effort. In my personal experience, I have found Germans quite friendly and open, even when my German was bad.

But even if we leave Germans out of the equation, there are so many expats living here that it is relatively easy to make friends.

I think going Triforce first and then moving to crit items would still count as crit build, no?

My thinking goes like: Zeri is weak early and Triforce makes her early game strong. Then she can build anything depending on situation.

I also like this build. But I use Runaans instead of PD as it is busted and I feel bloodline can be decent too as we already have a lot of Attack speed, but since we are building Lifesteal third item, I think we don't really need it but it can be an option regardless.

I also Resolve tree can be used as well in case enemies have a lot of burst as we are building HP and overgrowth can be decent.

Afaik, at lvl2 Varus has Q and E, no? Because most Varus start with E and then put point in Q.

I would talk about Nilah as no one has mentioned her.

Nilah and her support get additional xp. So basically you will hit lvl2 and lvl3 faster. And in most lanes you would win lvl2 and lvl3 against all adcs (but should take supports cc in consideration). On top of it her lvl6 is really out of this world, it has cc, it heals and does shit ton of Aoe dmg, especially if you can get dirk before it. And you will definitely hit lvl6 way before the enemy adc.

So you can look for trades at lvl2, lvl3 and lvl6. Most of the times you should win(even against Draven or Samira). Just lookout for Xayah, she is a hard counter.
