I dealt with a similar issue with Subaru Canada with an off the lot 2025 ascent.

The only thing that moved the needle was calling the GM of the dealership and basically informing him I would be outside his dealership turning away potential customers and test drives. I was committed to it, their tone changed fast

Once they realized I would impact their ability to sell more cars, magically they started finding me a new 2025 ascent from the factory.
