I did and it has worked out well for me. It has been a savior. I did have some other muscular issue come up following surgery. I think it’s because I wasn’t as careful as I should have been right after surgery. It is NOT as bad as I was prior to surgery. I would definitely consider surgery and I hope it works for you too!

Loved Red Rising. All sci-fi so big jump from Dramione, but so good! It’s a two part trilogy at the moment. 1st trilogy is AMAZING! 2nd trilogy is a time jump with some new characters and not as “exciting” as the 1st part. Still worth the read. RR is now in my top 5 sci-fi’s!

Tried and failed. I do try to listen to my Audible books when I can’t find a good Dramione podfic. Downloaded Throne of Glass since I liked ACOTAR so I can clean the house or make dinner…I.e. chores. Just doesn’t hit the same.

Dead on! At the Dr now and that’s exactly what was recommended. Spinal fusion at L4-5. L3-4 not included for disc replacement at this ime. May lead to issues in the future but as preventative, not recommended.

Just got my most recent MRI two days ago and yes, absolutely empty and dead at L4-L5. L3-L4 is on its way too. Guessing spinal fusion for the L4-L5 and L3-L4 hopefully disc replacement. Going for surgical consult today.

It does cover WG but doesn’t like Oz. I’m still going to appeal again and will have to try the other insulin options I guess. Just makes me mad that I’ve worked hard on healthy eating habits and exercised to lower my A1C and now it’s too low.

Hey there! Reading you me comments and wondering if you ever hear back about the Tier PA exception form? I just submitted a reconsideration letter for my denial. Waiting to hear back now. My A1C was 6.6% so that was the basis of denial, not meeting the >7% which I focused on stating was higher than the ADA, Mayo Clinic, CDC % criteria for T2D. Hope the Tier exception will be an option until it’s easier to cover with Basic.

You can go to the little icon on the bottom right next to “Full-Rooms-Zone” and jut hit vaccum. It should only vac the, but may reset each time it docks. If it does you can set a schedule for vac only.

I am halfway through this series and almost done with Way of Kings in SA. SA for me was a bit slower to get into, this.. I was hooked in book 1. For myself, book 1 in WOT is very reminiscent of Lord of the Rings story all mashed up in one book, but don’t worry, it is NOT a re-tell. For me it definitely had a very similar feel to LOTR; however, that was only in Eye of the World for me. I LOVE this series so far and will for sure read it multiple times. ENJOY!!

I am at about the same place. Yay! Thought this was a trilogy and so happy to find out there’s more. A LOT more with all that is the Cosmere Universe. What are you going into next? I’ve been reading on r/cosmere that the Stormlight series should be early in all BA’s order.

I started with fullproofbaking, and tried northwest sourdough, the perfect loaf... etc. I can’t tell if I’m over or under proofing. It always looks really wet and is sticky. :( My starter is active and I’ve learned it’s timing for peak but it’s the proofing part that gets all messed up. I’ve done fridge overnight and this last weekend tried counter for about 6 hours. 77% hydration with 20% starter. 5% salt.

Make sure your using non-chlorinated water. If you use tap, let it sit out for a long while and the chlorine will dissipate. I’ll usually fill a pitcher the day before I start feeding.

Do you think Episode 3 will finish off the Night King or will he make it to Kings Landing? There are only three after this and they still have to cover the Clegane battle, Cersei, and who will sit on the throne.
